     The exception is our pearl stretch bracelets that come in 5 different colors. Freshwater Pearls are on the softer side of the Mohs scale at 2.5 to 4.5, they can scratch easily from harder stones, metals, and gemstones. They are very sensitive to acids and can even dissolve in vinegar. Be sure to put them on last after all make-up, lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays as the chemicals can damage the pearl.

     Abalone is a single-shelled, herbivorous marine snail. They are known for their unique shape with iridescent mother-of-pearls inside. They are typically found clinging to rocky reefs. They are on the softer side on the Mohs scale at 3.5 to 4, it is advised to avoid prolonged water exposure, harsh chemicals, steam, and ultrasonic cleaners.
